After years of working behind the chair, we followed our dream of opening a salon where both clients and our team could feel truly at home. Our vision has always been to create a fun, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere—one where everyone feels comfortable the moment they walk through the door. Opening this salon has been a long-time dream, and we’re proud to share it with our community, offering a space where beauty, connection, and comfort come together. Claire Lincecum

I’ve loved doing hair for as long as I can remember—it started with styling my sisters, high-school friends, and college dorm mates. More than twenty years later, that passion is stronger than ever.

Whether it’s an everyday maintenance style or a bold color transformation, I love helping people feel confident and beautiful. The best part of my work is building lasting connections with my clients and sharing in their lives.

Today, I’m living my dream not only behind the chair, but also as the proud owner of my own salon—a welcoming space where creativity and community come together.

Camille Eagles

After being in the beauty industry for 16 years I truly know this is where I am meant to be. I specialize in hair extensions, precision color, and personalized hair care.

It is my mission during each appointment to create an experience where every client feels confident, comfortable, and truly cared for. I believe that beauty starts with healthy hair and open communication, so every service is tailored to your unique needs. From the first consultation to the final style, my goal is to help you look and feel your absolute best. I love what i do, those who sit in my chair are not only clients but become great friends who i love seeing and investing in their lives.

Outside the salon you’ll find me hanging with my Husband and our 3 boys, watching them play sports, camping or traveling.

Amanda Wilcox

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredibly talented team of stylists. I’m passionate about building genuine connections with my clients and helping them feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen. Outside the salon, I enjoy coaching dance teams, spending time with my family, and running a small dance company that brings my love of movement and creativity to life.

Beverly Ball

For 37 years, I’ve been passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. I love designing personalized color and style combinations that fit each indiviuals’s personality and lifestyle. When i’m not working behind the chair, I enjoy fishing, rafting and outdoor adventures.

Christy Kern

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, I am passionate about my work and genuinely enjoy making people feel good about themselves. My commitment to excellence drives me to provide the best service possible. I believe that no job is worth having unless it brings joy, and i am fortunate to find that joy in my daily interactions.

Julie Lycett

With over 30 years in the beauty industry, I am a passionate hairdresser who loves making her clients look and feel their best. I’m all about creating genuine connections and a relaxed, welcoming vibe in the salon. 

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking and enjoying the great outdoors.

Danielle Hood

I began my career in the beauty industry as a receptionist and loved the salon atmosphere so much I decided to go to beauty school myself. I am a licensed esthetician, makeup artist, and certified lash artist in both classic and volume eyelash extensions from Garnet Lash Academy. 

My favorite part of my job is making each individual that I encounter feel beautiful in their own skin by enhancing their unique features and natural beauty. Whether I am is doing a set of eyelash extensions or finishing a full face of makeup for a bride, the best part is seeing their reaction when I hand the client a mirror and they see their face for the first time! I feel like it’s an honor to make my clients feel like the most beautiful version of themselves in their own skin.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband, 3 kids, and black lab named Hazel. 

Kaia Zednick

In the industry for over 20 years, I understand that a thorough consultation is necessary for great hair! Specializing in fine hair, grey coverage or blending, dimensional color, and women’s haircuts. 

In my off time I enjoys traveling the northwest, E-biking, and attending concerts.

Karissa Hanno

With 22+ years of experience, I am passionate about creating beautiful, personalized hair and building long lasting client relationships. I love what i do and takes pride in helping people feel their best. Outside the salon, I enjoy time outdoors and making memories with my family.

Karen Childs

With over 33 years behind the chair, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for helping clients feel their absolute best. I specialize in haircutting and styling, smoothing textured hair; perms, men's cuts, color and haircut extensions- always staying on top of techniques that deliver both style and confidence. My approach is professional but never stiff; I believe great hair starts with great communication, and more often than not, my clients become lifelong friends. Expect honesty, and touch of wit, and a commitment to making you look and feel amazing. 

Mandy Brown

Mandy is a critical care nurse with the privilege of caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. Currently Expanding her role in medicine as a nurse practitioner it will allow her to serve in even greater ways, blending compassion with advanced clinical care.

This year, she opened Grace and Glow Aesthetics, a practice built on the mission of helping people feel confident, glowing, and radiant inside and out. 

Outside of work, she’s a mom who finds joy in life’s simple pleasures—traveling, baking, and reading!

Paula Young

With 28 years of experience in the hair industry Paula is a versatile stylist specializing in haircuts and colors for the entire family.  She also specializes in premium hair extensions. Know for seamless blends and a keen eye for detail she creates looks that are both timeless and tailored to each client's unique style.

Stacey Oelschlager

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have cultivated a career defined by creativity, expertise, and meaningful connection. A color specialist known for my personalized approach, I take pride in helping each client feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen.

I value the lasting relationships I have built over the years and considers them the most rewarding part of my work. When I’m not behind the chair, I cherish time with hemy family, embracing the moments that matter most. Grateful for every step of my journey, I remain passionate about my craft and is honored to continue doing what I love every day.
